Colm Carter

Colm heads up the commercial activities on the wine front and also helps with sourcing the wines.

He is a happy evacuee from the corporate world, where he worked extensively in both sales and marketing in the Electronics manufacturing segment for over 10 years.

He kicked off his wine career in Oddbins which has been a successful launching pad for many a wine career. He then moved on to start a small Wine & Food education company called the Tasting Room which he ran with his sister Brid.

He professes himself to be a huge wine enthusiast but those who know him best recognise him for the wine obsessive he is! His wine epiphany came with his first glass of Brunello di Montalcino on a visit to Tuscany.

Colm graduated as a WSET Diploma holder in the early part of 2009.
