Veronica O'Hara

Veronica is the main force behind the Purchasing and Adminstration of H2G.

Having spent  seven years as purchasing manager of AGB Scientific she diversified into the world of wine which was a major ambition of hers.

She founded wine importers, Champagnes Unlimited, in 1999 and earned her WSET Diploma in London in 2000 which made it a landmark year in more ways then one! 

She would classify herself as more of an old world wine than new world wine fan and is especially partial to French, Italian and Spanish wines.

Wine Heaven:  Good Pinot Noir, Champagne, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Left-bank Bordeaux.

Wine Hell : Hasn't found one yet!

Food Heaven : Duck Confit.

Food Hell : Tripe and porridge (not neccesarily on the one plate).
