BBQ Workshop - summer is here!

Want to make the most of your outdoor cooking this summer?

Come along to our BBQ Workshop being held on the 8th of June 2011, and be inspired by our demonstration of how to run a great BBQ, from marinades to enhance the tastes of your BBQed meats, to wonderful salads and salsas to tingle your tastebuds. We will show you how to be organised and panic-free on the day of your barbeque, and how to complement your food with delicious wines, specially selected to match the dishes you are learning to create.

And of course, you'll get to eat the food and taste the wines. You can also avail of discounts on the evening on the wines that you'll taste, and you will get a copy of all the recipes and the advice in our  BBQ Tips & Tricks Guide.

All the food and wine will be based on what is available at the Honest2Goodness market, so you'll be able to recreate the dishes without any hassle.

The evening will run from 6.30 til 9.30 at our market cafe area (and if the weather permits, we can move it outside!), and is happening on the 8th of June

This event is priced at €50 per person, anyone booking before the 5th of June, there will be an early bird discount of 20% so you'll pay €40. Bookings and payment will be taken at the Pantry or Cafe Stalls at the market.
