Welcome to this weeks newsletter

As you can see, we're still working on the new style and layout of the newsletter (which really means that Brid is burning the midnight oil trying out different bits of software to tweak what we are doing!). Its actually not all that easy to get the balance right between professionalism and maintaining the 'personal' nature of the newsletter, so bear with us while we get it right.

Hard to believe that February is nearly over already - where did it disappear to? It is great that the evenings are getting longer and the mornings brighter, isnt it? Although it is still very dark on Saturday mornings when I am beavering away in the kitchen making all those scones that are whisked away from the market before you can say 'pear & almond'!!

We will be running our coffee special again this week at the Pantry
Special price on retail coffee packs of €5.95, and when you buy a retail pack you get a free coffee from the cafe!

CAFE NEWS:

Over in the cafe, our soup of the day will be Celeriac and Fennel and our hot dish of the day is Mexican Chicken, chilli and Potato One-Pot!

Stallholder news this week:

Barts Chocolates wont be with us this Saturday

We are expecting all other stalls to be with us as per usual, and Caryna is due back this week.

All our baked goods producers have been busy this week,

with Aruns Bakery introducing their

Bohemian Arun This one is a gutsy rectangular Large Loaf , 1.5 kg baked in sourdough tradition, using 20% Rye flour and 80% Strong White Flour ..

& Sarah-Jane over at the Old Tarts xx Stall will have a vegetarian tart ricotta & spinach. & a Cranberry oat & honey flapjack. : midi savoury tarts available only €6.

Curry Sauce company are continuing their Dhansak bundled offer this week, check out their stall on Saturday for details.
