Michel Arnould et Fils have owned vineyards in Champagne since the late 1800’s. Initially selling grapes to the large Maisons or Champagne houses they started making their own Champagne in the late 1920’s.

Vineyard Area : 12 hA.

Grapes Grown : Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Arnould Champagne is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on 12 hA’s of Grand Cru vineyards, (Grand Cru vineyards are rated the best vineyards in Champagne), in the village of Verzenay located in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne.

The village produces fine, rich and complex Champagnes and Michel Arnoulds Pinot Noir dominated wines certainly fit that description.

The average age of the vines planted is 30 years old and care is taken to respect the environment with regards to treatment of diseases.

Michel Arnould are whats known as "Recolte-Manipulants"  in Champagne, owner-producers, and so growing all their own grapes have better control over their production.

The Arnould family have a great passion and family tradition in making great Champagne and that carries on today as the estate is run by Patrick Arnould and his son in law Thierry.
